Patrick Charlton is the Regional Sales Training Manager for the National Capital Region for Hertz Rent a Car. Since 2001 he has participated in the Car Rental Industry focusing on Sales and Marketing as well managing many areas of the business. Patrick shares his passion for sales as a part-time professor for The School of Business at Algonquin College. As an entrepreneur, he founded his own business called “Your Personal Chef” which provided an opportunity to interact with local organizations like The Ottawa Entrepreneurship Centre and The Ottawa Civic Heart Institute. Patrick’s passion for food and theatre has cast him in many appearances as a “Studio Chef” on Roger’s Cable 22 Daytime.

Randy Whitcroft has been dedicated to the sales profession for over 20 years. After graduating from the Professional Business Sales Program at Loyalist College, he began his career selling within the technology sector, and has not looked back. Randy has held direct sales and sales management roles within several technology companies, has received a number of individual sales achievement awards throughout his career, and has successfully sold solutions into all levels of key corporate and government accounts globally. Randy founded i2r Global Solutions (Ideas2Revenue) in 2003 and in 2009, also co-founded Sales Squared Inc. a company focused on providing outsourced sales and business development services to companies across North America. An author, entrepreneur, and sales professional, Randy helps early stage and established companies to build predictable and repeatable sales revenues.

Paulyn is a Mortgage Agent with Dominion Lending Centres. Paulyn spent 18 years with Scotiabank as a Personal Banking Officer and was licensed for the sales of Mutual Funds. Wishing to focus more on mortgage sales, her enterprenual spirit motivated Paulyn to become an independent mortgage agent which has resulted in her current position with Dominion Lending. This challenge means Paulyn is interacting with her clients on a personal level through all levels of home acquisitions, mortgage renewals & refinances. There is a special satisfaction in helping first time buyers and military personnel with their special needs. Paulyn brings to the Board her experience as a member and Executive of other Ottawa Business Organizations. In her spare time she loves to share her enthusiasm for golf and boating with her family.

Allan spent seven years as an Energy Management Consultant with Direct Energy Home Services selling heating, cooling, ventilation and indoor air quality units to homeowners in the Ottawa and surrounding areas. Prior to this, he spent three years as a food service sales representative with Summit Foodservice wherein he looked after the needs of independent restaurant operators in the Byward Market and on Elgin St. and Rideau St. He has held the designation “Certified Sales Professional” (CSP) since 2003. LA (Leslie Anne) Palamar has been a major force in the hospitality and tourism sector for over 25 years, assisting companies to realize their sales, marketing and human resource potential. Working with some of the most respected hotel brands in the business such as Sheraton and Delta, LA moved into regional sales and marketing in hospitality franchise and management.
Working at a national level with Howard Johnson and Ramada, she attained the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing, before moving into brand management. In 2003, LA formed bte, to provide sales, marketing and training support to the tourism and hospitality industries.
LA's community and industry involvement includes volunteering with the World Partnership Golf Tournament, speaking engagements and committee work.
